Do you want to be an EMPLOYEE OR EMPLOYER

Generally, there are two ways that you can earn money.

1. Having a job (employee)

There is the common way that almost every person is doing just to earn money. The salary is fixed and as they all say at least I am expecting to receive money at the end of the month. I will not worry where to get money to put food on the table.

But you are just the "employer". Let's face the fact you are working so hard so that the company will generate more profits. More profits that would be of advantage and benefit for the "employer" and of course to pay the salaries of his employees. Even if you will be promoted, as manager or whatsoever but the truth of the matter is "you will never own the company". Then as you stay longer in the company and you grow older and it would be shown through your skills and capabilities that you are slowly deteriorating this is applicable for skilled workers and to some employees as well. If an employee caused much damaged and the the company incur loss, then he is entitled to dismissal or being fire by the employee. If the economy is nit the good the employer might consider laying off men to incur less expenses. These are circumstances of which that an employee will have to consider in the long run.

A lot of times when a person loses his job he goes panic and next time you know it, he is:

1. broke
2. depressed
3. stress out
4. obese
5. anti-social
6. outcast
7. single
8. low self-esteem
9. in high debt

But why? This is so because the employee wasn't prepare to loose his job. He is used to the lifestyle of a $20,000 earner per year, and all of a sudden he has no money to compensate to that lifestyle.

The employee didn't foresee and didn't prepare the necessary measure to do in order to survive this situation.

What happened to the fixed income? all of a sudden it goes down to zero.




2. Having a business (employer)

Only few people can be like let us just say the rare specie. It requires a lot of which an employee doesn't have and that is the "needed capital" and the determination to succeed.

He is the person who shouted at the employee when the employee makes mistakes and gives a lot of pressure to the employee to do his job well or he will hear the hurtful words of "YOU ARE FIRED!".

But what does it takes to be an employer? there are a lot of things consider but the number one of which is that he is a "RISK TAKER", he is not scared of taking the risk of loosing money in the course of the business. This is an important factor for it will measure the aggressiveness of an individual to have a business and eventually succeed.

In a business it's not all bout gaining profit but loosing as well and in this course the employer will be able to grow or expand its horizons for the success of the business.

An employer is not born to be an employer it is just he has different ways of viewing money and make use of its potential.
